Comment by Allakhazam This chest is located on the table in the room with the 3 NPC dwarves inside the instance. It gives the Gni'Kiv Medallion.

When used with the Shaft of Tsol it makes the Staff of Prehistoria. Use the staff in the map room to open the doors to Ironaya and also able to enter the inner chamber for a quest.
